Rooms and facilities perfectly suited our needs. The host was EXCELLENT. Had nice dainties at bean for coffee, located just walking distance from the hotel.

It deserves its 4 stars. A very nice stay in Ballater. After the arrival, we met owner, who was lovely. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre.
